Editorial Policy
Last updated
Top Fity aims to publish health and wellness content that is accurate, useful and easy to understand. This policy explains how our articles are created and maintained.
Research and sources
- We base our articles on reputable sources, such as peer-reviewed research, public health agencies (for example the NIH, CDC, WHO and NHS) and established medical and nutrition references.
- Traditional or anecdotal uses of a remedy are described as such and are not presented as proven treatments.
- We avoid exaggerated claims. When the evidence is limited or mixed, we say so.
Writing and review
- Articles are written in plain language for a general audience.
- Before publication every article is checked for clarity, accuracy and safety information (for example possible side effects, interactions or groups who should avoid a remedy).
- Top Fity does not provide medical advice. Our articles are a starting point for informed conversations with qualified professionals, not a replacement for them. See our Medical Disclaimer.
Updates and corrections
Health knowledge changes. We revisit older articles and update them when new information becomes available; the “Updated” date on an article shows its latest significant revision. If you find an error, please contact us and we will review it promptly.
Independence
Top Fity is supported by advertising and affiliate links. Advertisers and affiliate partners have no influence over our editorial decisions, and we do not accept payment for favourable coverage. Sponsored or affiliate content is disclosed; see our Affiliate Disclosure.
